Ethiopian National Flag Day Celebrated
Ethiopians celebrated the country’s 10th National Flag Day on Monday (16th October), under the theme: “Inspired by a vision, we are determined to intensify our triumphs”. In London at the Embassy, celebrations were led by H.E. Ambassador Hailemichael Aberra Afework (PhD).

The Rock-Hewn Churches of Lalibela, the Aksum Obelisk, and the Tiya stelae will undergo repair this year. 34 million Birr has been allocated for the renovation, with $400,000 secured from donors.

Ethiopia extends e-Visa service to conference participants
From September 20, 2017, individuals travelling to Ethiopia to take part in meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) will be able to apply for their visas online.
